Coaching

Running YoginiRunning Yogini teaches correct form and breathing patterns to improve running efficiency while reducing effort and increasing endurance.

Training skills and exercises are taught to improve breathing technique, running form, focus, strength and flexibility. Nutritional needs and appropriate footwear are addressed and adjustments made as requirements change.

Training Programs

Customized training programs are designed for clients to achieve their goals with improved technique and fitness.  Individual abilities and desired outcomes are discussed as the client progresses. Training programs can be designed to achieve any distance, from one mile to a full marathon.

A questionnaire will be sent out and completed before the free, initial consultation to learn about health and athletic training history and to get an idea of specific goals and objectives of obtaining a personal coach.  To make this a successful relationship with full commitment to the program it is important both parties agree there is a compatible coaching fit.

All  packages include customized training schedules,  personal coaching to address individual needs, weekly training log evaluation and feedback, and contact between sessions by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns.

  • 8 week schedule and 3 personal sessions – $275   (save $30)
  • 12 week schedule and 5 personal sessions – $415   (save $60)
  • 18 week schedule and 8 personal sessions – $625   (save $100)
  • Personal sessions without training schedule – $35/session
  • Customized training schedule with weekly evaluation and no personal sessions – $25/week
  • Customized training schedule only – $70
  • Long term coaching and groups – fees are based on client goals and will be discussed after initial consultation

Pricing is based on one-on-one coaching and on-going designing and implementing of individual programs. Personal coaching sessions are for 30 minutes and time between sessions is determined by goal time lines and client needs.  Training sessions take place at convenient locations throughout the south metro Denver area. For other metro Denver areas a convenient central location will be agreed upon.

Policies

Session packages are paid in advance.  There are no refunds or transfers, but please consult on any circumstances that arise so issues may be resolved. Notice is required 48 hours in advance for cancellations by emailing Angela at angela@runningyogini.com or calling 303-963-5993.  A session will be counted for missed sessions without 48-hour notification with the exception of illness or other emergency.  A session may be rescheduled if weather is extremely bad.
