Running Yogini teaches correct form and breathing patterns to improve running efficiency while reducing effort and increasing endurance.
All the way to the finish line
Training skills and exercises are taught to improve running form, breathing technique, focus, strength and flexibility. Nutritional needs and appropriate footwear are addressed and adjustments made as requirements change.
Customized coaching sessions and training programs are designed for clients to achieve their goals with improved knowledge, technique and fitness. Individual abilities and desired outcomes are discussed as the client progresses. Training programs can be designed to achieve any distance, from one mile to a full marathon.
A questionnaire will be sent out and completed before the free consultation to learn about health and athletic training history and to get an idea of specific goals and objectives of obtaining a personal coach. To make this a successful relationship with full commitment to the program it is important both parties agree there is a compatible coaching fit.
Coaching
Personal Sessions include:
- Running form evaluation
- Instruction and implementation of correct running form
- Breathing technique for training and performance monitoring
- Strengthening and stretching exercises
- Shoe assessment
- Nutritional guidance for fueling and recovery
- Addressing individual needs
- Access between sessions by email and phone to answer any questions or concerns
- 1 session – $70
- 3 sessions: $200
- 5 sessions: $325
- 8 sessions: $500
Customized Training Schedule - $75
- Personalized based on individual goals
- Safely increases weekly training miles to build endurance
- Incorporates speed work to avoid injuries
- Includes taper and recovery schedule around an event
Policies
Sessions are one hour and take place at convenient locations throughout the Denver metro area. Services are paid in advance. There are no refunds or transfers, but please consult on any circumstances that arise so issues may be resolved. Notice is required 48 hours in advance for cancellation of a session by emailing Angela at angela@runningyogini.com or calling 303-963-5993. A session will be counted for missed sessions without 48-hour notification with the exception of illness or other emergency. A session may be rescheduled if weather is extremely bad.
