Motto – Be The Best You Can Be Today
Running may not always be easy, but there are many things that can be done to make it easier. Having a support network is one of those things. Aches and pains, diet maintenance, shoes, weather, and scheduling conflicts are some of the obstacles that could stop us from continuing on the running path, but instead we overcome them so we may share our experiences and gained wisdom, and our sense of accomplishment.
I am a certified running coach and one of those lucky people who get to do what they love. My clients inspire me. In turn, I hope this blog will inspire other runners. My hope is you may find support and encouragement to persevere, to learn, and to realize we all experience the same ups and downs (and not always on the hills).
The Running Yogini motto, BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE TODAY, stands for taking each day, each experience, as it is and being the best you can be in that moment. There will be euphoric runs and there will be horrible runs, and everything in between. So go out and experience this run, this day, and let your body learn from it. Remember on your runs, whether you are dancing with joy or questioning your sanity, we all share those days.
