Marathon Des Alpes-Maritime Nice-Cannes 11.08.09- Running along the fantastic, picturesque views from Nice to Cannes says it all. There is nothing as breathtaking as the views and as fun as this marathon. I took pictures along the way to prove it. There was no half-marathon so every one had the same goal in mind - 26.2 miles/42.1 KM. Excellent organization, pristine views, well-stocked aid stations, and a spectacular finish on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet. Count me in again and again!
